WHY UPLIFE WORKS

One core platform.
Four different problems solved.

Different job, same mechanism: structure that turns access into actual use.

For therapists and group practices

“My clients need structure in the days you don't see them”

You get one hour a week. Assign a personal plan in seconds and your client keeps working through it between sessions, with reminders, journaling and mood check-ins. You walk into the next session already knowing how their week actually went, and where to start.

For community and university health clinics

“Demand is stretching my staff while the waitlist keeps growing”

Everyone waiting can start something clinically sound today instead of a date three months out. Self-guided programs and regular check-ins hold lower acuity cases steady and flag who is deteriorating, so your clinicians spend their hours on the people who need a room. No new headcount.

For corporate wellness programs

“I need something more than our wellness app for employees that aren't ready for the EAP”

A meditation app is too light for someone genuinely struggling, and calling the EAP is too big a step to take on a Tuesday afternoon. UpLife sits in between, so employees start structured CBT support the day they need it and step up to your EAP only if it goes further.

For individuals

“I'm not ready for in-person therapy but I know I want to work on things by myself”

No referral, no waitlist, no first appointment to book. Start a program built by clinical psychologists tonight, 15 minutes a day, and watch how your mood actually moves over a few weeks. If you do decide you want a therapist later, you will arrive knowing a lot more about yourself.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

Trusted by people worldwide.

“This app is the perfect tool kit for every issue that I want to work on for my own personal development as well as my mental and emotional wellbeing. I have never seen any app to be as extensive and as wonderful as this is for those purposes. I am very happy to have paid the money for it. It has given me so much value so far and I am grateful to the app developers for having created it. Thank you so much. ❤️”

“I’ve only been using UpLife for a few days now, but I can tell you that this is the best money I have ever spent in my life. This app has been a godsend. For the past year, I’ve been trying to find a therapist with no luck. I then went searching through the App Store to see if I could find an app that would help me sort out my feelings and frustrations about my life. Came upon UpLife and decided to give it a try. I love how the app guides you through various Frameworks such as emotional intelligence, which I’m working on right now. The app not only sets the context and gives you examples but also gives you exercises to work that really help you pinpoint what is causing your pain. You immediately feel so much better after going through one of the modules. I think the developers are under pricing this app. Really.”

“I found this app through Setapp. Sceptical at first, because many similar apps exist and usually they don’t keep me engaged enough to use them. For some reason, this one really stuck - the contents are of high quality, with beautiful voice over and structured well. Recently they added the Journal feature that lets you see all your past exercises and notes, which is great. My only issue is that you need to type answers on your phone which I really do not like to do and so I skip many writing tasks or just do them in my head. I think it would be great if there was a voice message option - then it would really feel almost like a therapy session!”

“It’s nice even if it is an “automated” therapy app, it works. I’m on day two and even though I’m still struggling a bit, it’s nice that it helps you write down your thoughts and gives you goals. Great way to take your mind off things especially after a breakup”

Rob E Rebel · Mar 16

“I have been using the app on and off for years and it has helped me in many ways. The courses an easy to follow and take things one step at a time but very effectively. It is great for anyone who wants to improve their life and wellbeing. I highly recommend the app!”

COMMON QUESTIONS

People often ask.

What is Blended Care?

Blended Care pairs the hour a client spends with a clinician with structured, guided practice in the days between. The clinician assigns a plan in the portal, the client works through it in the app, and the results come back as mood check-ins and validated assessment scores.

Do you provide a BAA?

Yes. UpLife is HIPAA compliant and a Business Associate Agreement is available for practices, clinics and employers. Full compliance documentation lives at trust.uplife.app.

How is UpLife different from a generic wellness benefit?

A wellness benefit offers content. UpLife adds structure and measurement: 50+ CBT-based journeys built by clinical psychologists, a daily plan that turns access into actual use, and PHQ-9 / GAD-7 / WHO-5 scores that show whether it is working.

Is UpLife a replacement for therapy?

No. UpLife supports every step of the care continuum — before, between and after sessions — and it is not a substitute for a clinician or for immediate support in a crisis.

How is UpLife different from Calm or Headspace?

Those apps are built around meditation and relaxation. UpLife is built on a CBT backbone with structured multi-day journeys, validated assessments and a clinician-facing portal, so it works as a clinical layer rather than a wellness one.

What kind of evidence supports UpLife?

A 5-year real-world evaluation of 185,000+ users showing statistically significant reductions in PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores, on top of journeys developed with clinical psychologists from evidence-informed methods.
